~Candy Ate A Big Bowl Of Bird's Nest~

Today Mummy teach me to boil bird's nest... hehe..

1st Step: Soak the Bird's Nest in water until soft...

Step 2: Check if there's any bird's feathers or foreign particles in them...

This batch of nest is very clean...

Step 3: Double boil in the pot!! For a few hrs with red dates at low fire.. den leave it for a few hrs...

This pot has boiled dunno how many bird's nest before already....

Step 4: Serve it!!!!!!!!

This is my Big Big Bowl of Bird's Nest!!!!!!! Yummy!!!!!!~

Candy misses alot of things & people.....especially the times in SKL (now TLA)

Candy misses her work desk with her name on the display tag....




Candy misses sitting right outside MK Chan's rm and misses complaining all the breathing of the 2nd hand smoke coming out frm PT's office...


Candy misses wearing the SKL jacket which cost her 10 bucks, straight deducted frm her salary..

Candy misses her slimmer body... and she swears to be slimmer than before by her 23rd bdae..
